An event to celebrate the launch of SBS’s brand new series, The Chefs’ Line – where talented home cooks & trained restaurant chefs go head-to-head. It’s passion vs. profession. Every week a different cuisine, every night a different dish. Hosted where the show is filmed (in a secret location), we created a space that was filled with fresh produce and colour, celebrating the flavours of the world. Guests were welcomed into the space with a bar draping with freshly picked florals and baskets of fresh food and spices. Each table was themed to suit a particular colour inspired by a food flavour; rose, saffron, citrus, aubergine and chestnut. The place settings were kept simple and laid on top of beautiful raw timber tables with matching brown bentwood chairs, complementing the industrial feel of the space. #THECHEFSLINE The Chefs’ Line (which is hosted by Maeve O’Meara) airs weeknights at 6pm on SBS and On Demand.
