ZONIN PROSECCO X PILU.

An event to celebrate the rebranding of Zonin Prosecco. The event styling followed the look and feel of the new label and was inspired by the Italian Riviera.

Held at the Sydney Seafood School in Pyrmont, guests were guided on how to prepare aperitif dishes with celebrated chef, Giovanni Pilu (from Pilu at Freshwater), before sitting down to an intimate dinner.

In the Dining Room, there were two long tables draped with flax-toned linen, edged with white bentwood chairs.

Each place setting had a Zonin Prosecco piccolo bottle which was placed on a crystal coaster with gold edging (in white quartz and aquamarine). Guest’s name were written in cursive writing in the colour tone of the new label on a scallop shell – linking back to the Seafood School and the Riviera theme.

To brighten up the tablescape, a knotted teal-toned napkin was placed on top of white plates with silver crockery.

Floating florals were set down the middle of the dining table, leaving enough room for the shared plates. The floral arrangements throughout the Seafood School were a mix of delicate whites with green foliage and some of the flower stems strayed in the Zonin teal for that pop of colour.

A feature in the room was the bespoke neon sign dressed with clusters of florals and bottles displayed in a clam shell, showcasing Zonin’s manta ‘Live Your Moment'.

Overall the mood and aesthetic was fresh and vibrant, juxtaposing against the dark feel of the venue.
